Bit by a poisonous spider on the genitalia while sitting on the toilet.
It's real, it happened, but it was in Sydney, Australia, so you're safe for now.
A man, known only as Jordan, was using a portable toilet on a building site when a redback spider bit him on the penis.
One bite can be fatal if not immediately treated, but the 21-year-old managed to get himself to A&E in a nick of time.
So what happens if you're bitten?
Symptoms of a redback spider bite
Sweating
Muscle weakness
Loss of coordination
Nausea
Vomiting
The bite remains red and itchy for several days
Bet you wished you hadn't asked.
The spider lives close to human homes where it prays on insects and smaller spiders.
More than 80 years ago, it was common to be bitten on the genitalia while using an outhouse toilet.
In the early 1950s an anti-venom was developed and it is now very rare to die from a bite.
Feel better now?
Oh, we forgot to mention, the redback is said to be one of the most painful spider bites in Australia.
Professor Julian White, of Adelaide's Women's and Children's Hospital, said a bite would make you âvery miserable'.
But you'd experience pain pain as the venom stimulates the nerves around the bite along with swelling and increased blood pressure.
The man is in a stable condition.
